All custom made personalized engraved pieces are FINAL SALE only.  We do not accept returns for any personalized pieces. There can be no changes or cancellations on personalized jewelry once order is placed.

Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only. We do not accept returns on sale items.

  • Manufacturer Defects

In case of manufacturer defect, please email info@palomarjewelry.com. All shipping costs are non refundable and items must be returned with the original invoice.
